Criteria of Eligibility for Capgemini Recruitment Process 2021:

  • The candidates have to be freshers. People who do not have experience in the field can only apply for the positions.
  • On the other hand, the aspirants should be from the pass out batch of either 2019/2020/2021.
  • The candidates should have either of the degrees: B.Tech, B.E, or M.Sc.
  • But, the candidates have to be freshers only. If they are currently in association with a company of the same field, then they are not eligible to apply.
  • The candidates who get a job in Capgemini through this drive will get a posting anywhere in India. Hence, they have to be flexible with relocation.

Roles and Responsibilities In Capgemini:

  • Capgemini is recruiting people in the posts of Software Engineer (Analyst) and Senior Analyst.
  • For the position of Software Engineer, they have an additional 2 years of service agreement. People who are not willing to sign an agreement with the company should not apply.
  • Besides, the company is looking for job seekers who are willing to give 100% to the company.
  • Moreover, they want to engage with people in their teams and work in unison.
  • Also, they seek new ideas from their employee as they believe that their jobholders are their best resources.

Salary Packages for the Vacant Positions:

  • The candidates who will be joining in the position of Software Engineer will get a CTC of 3.8 Lakhs per Annum.
  • On the other hand, the candidates who will be appointed in the position of Senior Analyst will get a CTC of 6.8 Lakhs per Annum.

The Pattern of Capgemini Recruitment Process 2021:

There will be 3 round in total to assess the candidates:

  1. Online written examination
  2. Technical Interview
  3. Interview with HR

Online Written Test:

It will have 5 rounds in total:

  1. Pseudocode round: In this round, there will be 25 questions. Each question will carry 1 mark. Also, out of the 25 questions, 10 will be on the Data structure. The rest 15 marks will be on the Algorithm.
  2. English: There will be 30 questions in this section. Each will carry 1 mark.
  3. Game-Based Aptitude: There will be an assessment of 4 types of games.  However, marks are segregated into 4 sections. Each section has its own duration. For deductive logical thinking, there will be 6 minutes. Also, for Inductive Logical Thinking, the candidates will get minutes. Also, formation challenge there will be minutes. However, for the Grid challenge, there will be 9 minutes.
  4. Personality Psychometry: This round will have 100 questions without anytime limit.
  5. Coding: This round will be exclusively for the Senior Analyst positions. There will be 2 questions which will carry 45 marks in total.

Technical Interview:

In this round, the candidates will have to face questions from their subjects. Assessment of the depth of their knowledge will happen in this round. They can expect questions from:

  • The topics of their interest
  • The projects they did at their graduation and post-graduation levels
  • Their knowledge of the latest technologies etc.

Interview with HR:

In this round, the topics are personal and not subject-based. The candidates might have to answer about their whereabouts. Also, they might have to face questions like what are their hobbies?  Additionally, why they chose Capgemini is a question that might be asked. Also, what is their expectation from the company is a question the candidates can expect.
